Hi!

I didnt mind it being public, but thanks for your concern for privacy, in retrospect it was a better idea.

Leave it to Primarch to think of every imaginable way to augment his epic armies.  :p

Hi Guys,

I've been reading the John Ringo Human/Posleen military sci-fi novels and am enjoying them very much.

Shalom,

I, finally, started reading The Da Vinci Code. I'm only about 50 pages into it, but I'm already enjoying it.  :alien:

The Great Siege - a terrific, technical description of the 1565 siege of Malta. Loads of great pics and diagrams, and a thorough treatment of arms, armour, mines and countermines, fortifications... phew! The author, a Maltese who is superintendent of fortifications (not military, but historical) has done a lovely job. Pity its just a 1000 print run - but I'll bet he'll make a 2nd print or ed.

That sounds like a book I would enjoy.  :8):

May I just add (at page 6 of thread) Patrick O'Brian. An unparrelled naval writer I've read every book multiple times, some more than others.
