Forces of the Inquisistion are almost ready. I still need to paint up my last GKs in Power armour but they'll probably be added within a week or so. Also I need to snap a few pics of the Deathwatch though that is simply a matter of lining them up for a group shot.
The Assasins is a project I've been meaning to do in a loooong time but i just haven't really got around to actually doing it. They will be added...eventually...
Cheers!

Some great conversions WMN and some stunning paint jobs on the FW Grey Knights.
My freinds can't believe that I have n't yet bought any FW Grey Knights. To be honest the reason is that I am scared- scared that my painting skills would n't do the modelling justice.
I have seen the resin figures in the flesh and was just blown away by the level of detail involved. Congrats on yet another fine paintjob.
Cheers
James
PS: Cool initial graphic too!!

Thanks James. I was quick to get the GKs only a few hours after they were released. Thing is that FW tend to get some problems with their moulds after a while and with the very fine detail on the GK I am a bit worried that they might suffer later on. ...with such delicate models they are a real pain to clean up and trim without anything snapping.
Still I wouldn't worry too much about painting them. A coat of Mithril silver followed by a wash of regal blue and another wash of black followed by a touch up brush of silver will do wonders. You can then add as much or as little detail as you feel up to. There's still plenty of detail on the models I didn't feel up to the task of painting.
Cheers!

Hi again!
It's been a while since the last update to the Lounge. Much of my chaos army has just been begging for some good weather to snap some pics in. Originally I wanted to wait untill I had finished painting the last odds and ends for my Khorne and Nurgle armies. However I haven't really been able to pull myself together. So the weather hasn't been great but I thought I'd rather put something up which is not perfect rather than having nothing at all. Some pics could be better but oh well.
First up is the Khorne section:

Next is the servants of Father Nurgle:

The Tzeentch gallery has had some stuff addded but is still not quite finished:

And finally I've added the 3 Black Legion units I've finished so far. Not much but it's there...

I have been working a bit on m,y Slaanesh stuff but it really is one of those armies I find it very difficult to motivate myself to paint. I'm not really sure why. Also the Lost and the Damned has a lot of half finished stuff sitting around in boxes...
Cheers!

Hehe. Thanks. ?Well actually a lot of this was already in the Lounge v.1 so it's just new pics. I must admit that I'm not completely satisfied with the Khorne section in particular. Because the weather is very grey the pics turn out quite blue. I can color correct that later on in Photoshop but it still screws up the red so it either looks too purple or orangey and the highlights almost disapears. It is probably also partially because of the camera, perhaps I should use another one like the one I used for my Khorne Imperator which produces a more accurate color. Some pics such as the Daemon engines are a bit overexposed as well. Still I guess that can be fixed once I've got time to dig everything out again.
Oh, BTW if the weather allows it I plan to snap some pics of that cityfight terrain. Then I can finish my Terrain section of the Lounge for now. (I've got more cityfight terrain in the works but there should be plentu for now.)
Cheers!
