... and I personally find it eye-rending. The whole forum is dark, while the quotes strike your sight as clear boxes 
Couldn't we have them darker? That would solve most of the probelm  IIRC they used to be black in the old forum.

I could make them a little softer, a light grey if you like. Let me know. I am still working on the blue colour scheme and hopefully this will be back with us before too long. Thanks.
