Never knew these existed in metal - dunno - I'd be wary.

See... that's why I asked. If anyone would know, it would be someone on here.

IIRC, the pre-Mk I warlords had a different pose for the legs than our beloved beetlebacks. Unfortunately, I'm at work right now, so I don't have my copy of AT handy to consult. I know for sure that the head was different, as were many of the weapons.

Hi!
I rethought my initial stance on whether they are copies or not. I need to see a close of picture of whats offered to be real sure. The carapace in this auction is odd since it was six holes instead of 4 as the the plastic beetlebacks.
Also IS this metal? Looks like it, but it has been stripped of paint as per the auctioneer.

The title of the auction says they are lead. The layout of the weapon mounts is noticeably different from the beetleback.
I am also skeptical, but based on what I know, they _could_ be prototypes as stated.
Confusing, to be sure...

I had spotted that before and was tempted. ?I had sent a few emails off but so far no reply from people I know.
?I am tempted to buy them for the sake of it and find out just how authentic they are.
Anyone else?

If you don't beat me to it. I've got a thing for heavy metal.

Woweee....
These ARE DEFINTIELY the prototype 'Mk 0' Warlords- or at least bootleg casts of them.
You can tell by the stepped effect on the toes, the depth of the knee cutouts in the shin plate, the detail on the shin plate (a cross), the odd knee joint, and the variant carapace shape- it all matches the Adeptus Titanicus photos...
A worthy item for your collection I think Doug?

Heh... sounds like there may be an Epicomms bidding war.
===
Since there are two of them, if anyone is interested in combining for a bid then splitting the lot between us, please let me know.

Anyone else? | I am VERY tempted to bid on these. Let's hope we can avoid a bidding war amongst us here!

Hi!
I would like a picture of it, whomever wins.
Good luck.
