I just saw on ebay someone selling the old HH boardgame (excellent fun BTW) which also states:
"Also included is the White Dwarf 161 which includes the WarMaster expansion for Horus Heresy.Recreate the climatic endgame as the Emperor boards Horus' Battle barge in a fight to decide the fate of Earth."

I've not heard of this before:
has anyone seen this? ?
Is it any good? ?
Does it actually have anything to do with the Palace seige aka the boardgame?
Anyone got a copy?

I have the "Warmaster" game that came in a W/D a long, long time ago ... It was a small board of Horus's ship with colorful counters. We used Space Hulk boards and Epic models to refight it in Epic scale ...

So its not a porper expansion to the main boardgame then?
Sounds cool in Epic though!

It's a game on it's own. And yes we did have a good time playing it in Epic scale !
