The CI is not coming back in Ver. 2.0. :L  I have been in silent mouring for a couple days now about the whole thing.

But there is the Tech Guard list hopefully. So I would think it's a definite for it being in the list. :)

dysartes: It, along with the Skitarii centuria formation, has been dropped - as I got semi-confirmation from Jervis that a Skitarii/Tech-Guard list would be happening eventually, I figured a company-sized infantry formation (and additional giant transport vehicle) would be better suited to that list.

Hey if you don't like it ... change it !  My CI is with my SMs, but I may add it to my TL.  And too bad they won't make a new model, so improvise if need be ...  "Do what works for you!" :;):

I know I would feel much better if I could believe the Tech-Guard list was going to make it out in print. PDF release counts as print in my mind by the way.

I admit I am worried that the AMTL comes out and then the Tech Army does not make it out for either many years or never.

If the tech list is not going to come out until 2010 or later, I would rather see the CI included here and then become a "feature" of the tech list at that time.

Not based on the SG published schedule.

I did delete the items already released for sure, but have a look. It is listing projects to 2010.

Note that in 2007 is the AMTL we were working on that was to include elements of Tech Guard and Knights along with the Titans. The Separate Tech-Guard list is, well, not on there. So maybe with the reshuffle (I know there has been some) it is now on the SG list, but until they publish it out, I would not know that for sure and can not assume that it is (and if you know of one Please let me know).

I must read the intent that the Tech Guard list is not going to come out any time soon. As the list goes to 2010, well like I said, if any one know different, please let me know. JJs comment of some day could be quite a long time off.

I think that stuff exists for all of them in various ways by now and that with the exception of the Titans exists in 40k?

Jervis has always said in email and on the forum that anything can come out list wise as long as it doesn't need new models/anything beyond easy scratchbuilding.

Also if you remember the Black Templars weren't even mentioned in the champions forum when Jervis was outlining the priorities. Mayhaps the release schedule has more to do with model availiblity and production slots?

Oh, and I promise to get all the tech guard notes together real soon, or at least by the end of my weeks holiday in India! And I've found an interesting Yahoo group for the AM that has GWTimH's AM 40k list.
