Hi all, a fellow by the name of Cybershadow had suggested an Epic Crucible of Champions warband creation list for the Inquisition. And he's worked on it, and it's nearly ready. And he's very nicely given me permission to indulge my impatience and present photos of an Inquisition transport. It's called the Emperor's Deliverance; it's usually a modified Thunderhawk. But I did things just a little bit differently....

Now this big beastie is one thing GW SG got right, if yopu ask me. This is the CI or Hellbore of the future, if you ask me... but not that the standard one has lascannon turrets. My Inquisitorial air taxi is more lightly armed.

That is a nice model. That can drop a lot of imperial retribution on a horde of heretics.

Now - what do these two Rhinos have to do with all this? Whilst pondering the answer, I'll waffle on and say I painted the beastie red because it reminded me of the diplomatic vessel transporting Obi Wan Kenobi and Qui Gon Jinn in the Phantom Menace.

Thanks CC - you'll have already guessed the Rhinos are part of that payload. Note that screw in the middle of the pic....

The white metal of the Lander is quite soft. I cut the thread merely by finding a suitably-sized screw (from what we call a 'china connector' here in Malta - it's actually plastic, and used to connect wires in lighting systems) and carefully screwing it into the flying stand hole. I modified one of the payload frames of the original model to fit the Rhinos - and here it is.

Looks good V I like the detail with the paint chipping at the front of the wings and engine intake.
Cheers!
