EPic 40k mperial Guard models are for me the best. The marine ones had problems I think with how they looked, hard to say how exactly. Now the Epic A marines are top and the Imperial rmour has taken a step back.

However I love all my old stuff.

In my main chapter the reserve companies are equiped with MK6 gear whilst the battle companies with the latest MK7 toys. The 1st company was entirely metal marines (sob) and being sad I had every possible unit in the chapter according to the latest chapter organisation fluff.

Also the old gear is great for chaos armies - if you hate 'spikey' (like me) the old gear is a godsend allowing a force of ancient traitors to fight for the field.

Oh few exceptions - the box vindicators/predators/thunderhawks were just poor!

While I like the original Beetleback, I like the E-40k Warlord better.

Blasphemer!    (just kidding, by the way)

What I miss from the AT/SM1 days are the minis, like the old knights, that came in more than one pose. I just love the Eldar knights! (I'm happy to say a just picked up a bunch  :D )

Of all the Epic models, I don't like Knights. I converted the plastic ones from the TL box, to Chaos. They lacked models ...  I never purchased the others, SM1 or 2, save for the Chaos Slanneshi Knights.  The models and concept never worked for us.  And we've never been rabid Titan fans, but I still have a number of those !           :;):  But, Do what works for you ! :D

And if any of you feel anguish because Squats are no longer an "official" army, I will gladly take the Squats off your hands and relieve your anxiety.  }:)  :D

I checked with the USPO and there is no lage rush to ship minis out, so I think we will not be receiving any.

Hi!

I manage that sort of anxiety by making an even larger squat army....  :;):

And thus the Master has spoken and the followers have listened.

So if I worry about an army, I just buy more.  :p
