So, the guy I am playing is going to have SM. He likes to use his Thunderhawks to drop pain in the ass Assault Marines on me. Or to Teleport Terminators (probably into the back of my Infantry Company or Artillery)

Am thinking of using one Rough Rider formation to screen the small corner I place my two Artillery Batteries into. Have a large screen of Flak at the rear, and mobile flak within one Tank Company and my RegHQ.. My footslogger Infantry Company will Garrison in some suitable area of terrain on overwatch to deter early movement. Or in a pinch to overwatch fire onto marines jumping out of a Thunderhawk on an engagement order (I assume this would mean they start the assault with at lest 1 blast maker already on them)..

Sentinals will act as a screen in front of 1 Russ Company, and if they are engaged and die, my Rough riders will be at the rear of the company to engage in their activation... not sure what else..

Any thoughts? Tips? This is pretty much all I own at present, so any tips also on what else I should be getting. (most of this was free stuff, or deals on ebay, not really bought with tactics in mind..)

May also be able to get my hands on some Vulture-proxies soon, so would they fit in here anywhere for next time?

Hold on....Just realized that the entry for Valkries and Vultures in the Armageddon rule book are exactly the same... what is the point?

Well they have different weapon load-outs and the Valkyrie can transport 2 stands of stormtroopers.
