List 1 was a straight tournament list and was actually playing for first place at the end of the day. A loss on that table (vs Eldar) saw it drop to fourth place.
The list itself had all the answers I could have asked for and mostly ran itself in light of some of my tragic strategy ploys. With a bit of luck and measuring, the Hellblades survived unscathed throughout all games, and the Terminators cut swathes through the enemy. It was not uncommon to see the Terminators responsible for outright destroying two-three formations in one go through combined assaults. The Daemon Prince in with the Terminators - do not leave the Warp without them, they are simply brilliant!
The Death Wheels as always were handy and their move really adds a competitive nature to the list. If they were not the subject of bad luck in the last game of the day (both critical'd on the first wound), then the list may have made a better showing overall - them's the breaks however

Decimator was hunted down by most opponents, and for that reason alone, was a welcome addition to the army. I just wish it had a shield or two (I am not being serious)
Retinue and Raptors: Other than the drop assaults, these units were more or less used to either grab backyard objectives, or harass enemy crossing the centre line. I was happy with them.
Overall, a very strong list for tournaments yet not one I enjoy playing at home.
List 2 ran around with the Defilers making 'pincer' moves to crush any enemy unlucky enough to be caught between them. I do not believe the final result is totally representative of this list as I got lucky in the first game to take out the HUGE BTS and piece-meal break the force from there. In hindsight, with a few different decisions, this list could have easily been playing on the top two tables from the 2nd game onwards. The list looks a lot more fun that List 1, and I really would like to have a re-match if he is willing in the near future.
List 3 had some really well painted troops and a Banelord to really scare the opponent. While not winning any games on the day, the player had fun with the list. I never did get to play against it or see it played (I was busy with my own games at the time or they finished before me), but it would be good to play against it to see how it goes *nudge*
Other thoughts- I am a broken record here ... the Faction Rule once again played no part in the Black Legion lists presented. I would recommend removing this defunct rule from the Black Legion list or making it more stringent with what Daemons cannot be taken with others.
- The air craft were all under the old points. It wil be my goal to now test the air craft under the new stats (where appropriate) and costs for future games.
