Today's game with Greg was a lot of fun, as usual

I look forward to next weeks game as I try to find tactics to defeat the Warmonger. Initially, I was just going to ignore it. Too strong unless you get lucky with a critical, and neither Greg or myself are noted for our good luck! But as he moved it into the centre, holding both objectives on my board side and threatening my BTS and Blitz, I spent just about all my effort against it except for occasional shots at Falcons. Nothing worked, and entire units died with no or little loss to the Warmonger. Because of this, the other Eldar units pretty much did as they pleased.
What to do? Trent was wise to set the objectives as far from the centre as possible as the Warpgate would have been annoying

. I needed a unit that could go through the central ruins/woods to get to the Eldar table half. Otherwise, all I can see is to ignore the Warmonger and try to cut up the rest of the Eldar and hope I come out ahead.
Oh, I seldom take a second activation because of experience. I usually roll a 1.

I'm sure a better player could have pulled off a victory. I just have to figure out how.
