great battle report and beautiful armies, but I think it might be worth re-reading the rules again. A few mistakes crept in, which may have affected the end results. Such as:
Teleports are carried out at the beginning of the turn, before the strategy roll.
Orbital barrages use orbital barrage templates and are pre-plotted after objectives are placed but before models are put on the table.
Space craft only activate once and only one space craft may activate in a turn. So if you get strategy and activate your space craft, then your opponent has to wait until the next turn.
When a space craft activates, it carries out all it's actions (shooting and firing off drop pods) at that time. It can't fire once, then drop pods later in the turn or a following turn. It's all or nothing.
Pin point attacks can only target War Engines - everything else is too small to see from space. So the Chaos player could have targeted the Thunderhawk after it landed, but that's it, nothing else.
When you assault (like with the Termies vs. the retinue) you resolve that assault first. You can't assault then retain and shoot, claiming cross fire, as by then the broken retinue would have withdrawn.
I think that's about it

It's a learning process though!
