A 4th turn VP win for the BL ~1700 to ~1150. I thought this is all I took for the BL but it's short by nearly a 100 points. Matt, Chris, am I missing something?

The Biovores sustain on the Chosen, take out the Rhinos and break them.


A retinue double on the Biovores and takes one out.


The Dom doubles on the Defilers and lays a BM.


The Hellblades straffe the Stealers and take two out.


The Stealers engage the Defilers, taking overwatch from the Chosen.


They break the Defilers but are broken themselves.


The Bikes screen a retinue.


A Swarmmarches up.


A retinue douvles on the Swarm and lays a BM.


Another Swarm marches up, the Blades straffe it and take out a brood.


The BTS doubles up and lays a BM on the Bikes.


A Retinue advances and take out two brood in the open.


A Swarm goes on Overwatch.

Turn 2


The BTS engages the Terminators (what a crappy strategy roll).


Two Terminators go down to three bugs.


The Terminators win (!?!?!) but break.


The Biovores sustains on the Bikes, taking one out.


A retinue engages the Swarm in the open.


One marine goes down for a ton of bugs.


The Warrior breaks and runs, not sure where the extra BM came from on the support.


The other retinue engages teh Swarm on the right flank.


The two Warriors break.


The Harridan sustains on the bikes, breaking them.


The Dom breaks the retinue in cover with a sustain.


The Defilers double on the Swarm in cover, taking a brood out.


The Swarm engages them.


The Defilers die but take down the Warriors with them, breaking the Swarm.


Hellbaldes straffe the Warriors to no effect.


The Stelers marshal.


The other blades try again and take a Warrior out.


A swarm doubles up.


The Chosen march.

The Lictors enage the weak Retinue.


One to two, bugs.

The Chosen double to contest the Blitz, breaking the Lictors.


The Biovores break the Bikes again.


A hellblade stands down.


A swarm with one warrior breaks the Chosen.


The other Hellblades save the game and crit a Trygon.


The Trygons marshal.


The Chosen are engaged by the Stealers, which are wiped out after the Marines make their saves.

The Chosen take out a Trygon DC.


The Synapseless swarm manages to double again and take out a Marine.


The lone warrior swarm advances on the chosen and lays a BM.


The Hellblades take out the BTS's synapse.


The Trygons attempt to engage, fail and regroup.


The Broken retinue sustains on the Lictors and hacks one down.


The Harridan denies an Objective.


The Hellblades lay a BM.


The Bikes double in case of turn 5.

I looked over the pics and entered the FMs into armybuilder and everything seems in order. There's no FM worth 95pts and I can't see any upgrades that are in the pics but not in the list. I'd say moral victory to you, but is it possible for a man with no morals to get a moral victory?

woohoo, first moral victory of the year! And to Dave, which seems to go against all the currently understood mechanics of the universe.

Sounds like a real slug fest, no pun intended. Looks like it's pretty hard for an opposing player to win against 'nids simply because they have so many small formations that can contest objectives. Have you played the new list with any Medium swarms? So far I've only seen Small swarms being taken.

I've had a couple of games where I took a medium swarm with 2 fexes. Haven't tried a low activation count game though because I don't think it'll do well.

Well, I meant the first part. I HATE Chaos. If hate were people, I'd be China... That's how much I hate Chaos. The rest just sounded too funny to be left unsaid.

As for events, one is certainly in order. I really wanted the city fight to be next, but alas I believe we won't have that done till later in the year. A tournament should be had for March I think. Maybe in time for my birthday again (although this time I'm sticking with time limits; the last one sucked).
