That used to be the standard and it's still legal dammit! ;) Three per base just seems all wrong to me and I can't imagine anyone doing four per the rules limitations.

Sgt Balicki has been told that unpainted formations get a -1 modifier to the dice rolls... PLUS the Emperor does not protect men out of uniform. To his defense tho, he is painting them, albeit a bit slowly.
