Nice BatRep Hena!  I'd say the Marines *definitely* had a chance to win that battle in a big way, the unreliable Imperial Navy really would have helped them out.

On of the main tricks to taking on OGBM if you don't have a lot of TK weapons is "breaking the little ones", and then staying near them as you try and hammer away at the big ones; seems like you're really mastering that!  The smaller Gargants only get a +1 for the Mob rule, so that means they've only got a 50% chance of rallying from broken; keep your forces nearby, and it's only a 1-in-3 chance.

Nicely done and the armies both looked great!

One question, that wouldnt have had much impact on your game:  I didn't think units with 30+ speed could garrison?  Just curious....I may have it wrong...

The three conditions for garrisoning in the Tournament Scenario are "or" conditions so, Land Speeders, having scouts, are able to garrison, despite all having a 30+cm move.

Nice report ... sounds like you guys had fun.  But the E:A rules, which generally like very much, changed the Titan/Gargant paradigm.  In the past that SM Force would not have survived against that many Gargants ...
