I'll try the challenge and name the traitor, but first I'll go for some investigation. Since it's not just Inquisitor's monopoly to investigate suspicious or disloyal activity!

-Earl William J. Zardok, Earl of Abeldar. Stereotype noble at the back, who knows nothing about war, and incompetent to do to anything in any direction. [Something similar I met at Volistad at that time...hehe] So he can't be the traitor. He is already a handicap to the Guard as loyal.
-Fieldmarshall Alexander Ross. Bruce Willis really? No he always be good guy. Most of his contribution to the story is conversation with Aristoteles Daikun the protagonist. Would that telegraph that Alexander Ross is the antagonist?
-King Minos III. Well he is already in power. If I'm correct, on Planet Fungus there is Ivanor. The Nameless offers Ivanor's throne to the traitor, and that drops him from the circle as he is already in charge of Ivanor.
Unless he does want complete independence from the Imperium.
-An-te-hai-Tung. Speaks with red, the note is written in red. Perhaps the clues are that simple.
The pictures of the guy also seems like some dark figure sitting on the throne, plotting from behind.
The Nameless holds the traitor back. Orders him to patience and when the time comes, so he says to attack with "legions". Legion could refer to the Penal Legion, but that force has already been spent in battle. So does with the Black Legion, but that is openly a traitor army, CSM, so it can't be the secret "legion" in the background.
Finally we have Titan Legions which I don't see appearing in the campaign yet, so it can be a surprise that is left, and is a "legion" to be referred.
There is another clue in the designer's note. Randomly written stuff of the traitor. Again the Admech guy and his forces never fought a battle before, he was just "randomly" tailored into the campaign storyline.
Very suspicious.
-Malachia von Frundsberg, Lord Inquisitor. Only the Emperor is the one that really 100% sure withstands the schemes of deamons. And so Chaos could claim anyone's soul, be it even an Inquisitor, or a Primarch or anything. He also appears randomly, although mostly speaking with King Minos III. And there is Inquisitor army in the bag, so he could strike anyone's back with his personal bunch of acolytes and stuff.
He is so much interested in the book, but Inquisitors tends to do so, with rare stuff anyway.
It would be great plot if he is the traitor, but that is still very low percent.
