I'd put the FF3+ Destructors and the Annihilators at too good with the reductions. The former are in the 225-275 range with FF4+, with FF3+ I'd think 275 would be fairer. The latter are definitely worth 275-300 I think given how well they've worked for me in the past (this game was a bit of an oddity there). Tacticals at 275 are nice but I still don't think a reduction was needed. I've been using them at 300 since I started playing Marines three years ago and never had a problem getting my points back with them. I haven't used them much out of THawk though and I'd think that be the place to worry about them the most at 275.

My impression is that you tend to do pretty well no matter what army or list you're playing, though. :P

I think the other concern is whether you are able to do something significant with all the extra 25 points'.
In your case, with something like 7-8 lots, that equates to some scouts or even Land Speeders or a THawk.
Do you feel that you got an extra formation, and if so which one was it?

There are several possibilities:-

a) An ornamental robot fish, collected by specialist breeders of the 41st millenium.
b) A flirtatiously shy or modest French bloke or 'Mech'
c) a mechanized company; a bunch of infantry and their armoured taxis
