Jaldon, that is almost exactly how I write my reports. Clipboard and blank paper works fine for me. If you, the player, are also scribing, you'll need to be quick and concise in your notes.

Kealios, you go over to the register and start complaining about the service render to you at the gaming store, make up some story about anything but say it happened a week ago. Got it a week ago.
