Well the first was a Wraith Guard Formation which got cross fired by obelisks, 2 necron warrior formations, and then a firefight by a 3rd Necron warrior formation, with support from the other 2 necron warrior formations. Wrecked my one warrior formation, but also wrecked the wraithguard. That was end of turn 3.
Then a second wraithguard formation which had already seen a lot of fighting tried to firefight the 2 warrior formations and a monolith formation in turn 4. Also didn't go well and they were wiped out after I got lucky with my saves. Lastly the guardians tried to assault a warrior formation, and frankly got a bit unlucky as their Wave Serpent shield died rather than soaking hits. In all cases BM were against the Eldar and I had Pariahs also. Basically I was able to concentrate all my warriors first against one Wraithguard formation I had been dodging and harrassing, and then against the other.
Thanks, sounds like fairly risky assaults.
