The solution? Paint more units to achieve supreme enlightenment.
An excellent idea! Unfortunately, I don't have
that much stuff left to do for this army.
So, here's the Forlorn Hope.

To aid in their sneaky scouting, their armour is predominantly green, with brown thigh plates and forearms. Only the shoulder pads reflect the army's usual colours.
I originally tried painting the top-knots red, but it proved one colour too many and they started looking less like veteran Chaos Space Marines and more like clowns.
So that's 4,500 points painted up. I'm going away tomorrow for a few days, and when I get back I'll be painting up a Warhound for my AMTL. After that, though, I'll get back to painting the remainder of this army. Still to do:
- Character stands for the retinues (Icon Bearers and Champions, plus extra Sorcerers and Lords so that any retinue can be led by either type).
- Daemons (8 stands of Flamers)
- Hell Talon fighter-bombers
- Another formation of Terminators
- A third Decimator
This should bring me up to 6k points painted (assuming I take several Daemonic Pacts), after which I won't have anything left to paint until I buy some more stuff. Although I might see about making some objective markers from bits.
