The normal method of doing this is to have the guest speaker in a private chat with the moderator who picks out questions from the main room (possibly with the help of sub moderators) diplomatically phrases them (so no 'Games Workshop Sux!!!!' messages get through) and presents them to the guest.

Well, to say so, I'm not really in the whole "chatroom" thingy.
I was never positively attuned to online chats, and I simply do not see the reason. I know the community is BIG.
Problem is if there are really enough people for the chatroom to make sense.

It is the SOP for anyone in a chat room trying to find out the 'age','sex','location' of the other room members.
Of course everybody then promptly lies about it so there is very little point in asking in the first place. Normally guys ask it, guys answer it and girls remain silent.

LOL, I'd been thinking about how this would work whilst being stuck up a very large tree earlier today (Gardening & the boss thought it was funny to remove the ladder.....) & thats the solution I came up with.
