What rules are you guys seeing in tournaments?
Are the experimental rules being used? Book rules?
Which army lists? Any of the army mods under discussion (SM, Eldar)?

The majority play out of the book rules and officially released lists here in the UK. At some tournaments individuals have agreed to play the accepted experimental rules and one tournament allowed Chaos last year. No-one has suggested using modified lists, and even with spirit stones no eldar army has won a tournament that I know of. (For the record I agree with there removal )
For my part I would like to see the rules review completed asap. I use this mostly when gaming normally then have to revert to the book for tournaments.

In our group games we have used the experimental rules since they were introduced but as with Dave (mephiston) we find we have to revert to the book rules for tounaments and even have a few warm-up games before tournaments using the book rules only.
