I remember that some time ago a lot of people here were discussing about making a Slann/Lizardmen army list for E:A, using DRM models as proxies. What happened with it? i remember that it was one of the longest threads ever seen in this forums

We got to the point where an army list was developed, but no one was ready to playtest, so it is sitting idle. ?

If you want to give it a go, here is the link to that thread. ?The pdf link is in the last post on this page.

Hello,

I am wolf1 and I am working on the Slann for "NetEpic Gold".

The link doesn't work for me either.  I can use any resource I can find on the Slann.

What forum was it on? I will try to find it.

I posted a plea on another thread with a request for Slann info. Pictures, artwork, scribbles or anything!

Please help.

Gary

Ok, the link is re-entered and verified functional.

@Gary
I don't know how much help it will be to you, but can't hurt to look. ?We started with the Lizardman info from WFB, added what little Slann info we could find from 40k and filled in the rest w/ imagination. ?

There are a few concept sketches from Vermis in the thread, but it's LARGE, so some looking will be required. ?Just ask him before you use anything.

There is also a good sized post in there from Yuber Okami that has just about the entire Slann section from the old Rogue Trader book.

We made one change that contradicted 40K fluff, but stuck to WFB fluff. The 40k fluff states that the Slann are what remains of the Old Ones race. ?We changed that so that the Slann (or Xlan) were the first creation of the Old Ones and everyone just assumed they were the Old Ones.
