Hi all,
I am doing an interview with Jervis for Incoming! is there any questions that any of you want to be answered? If so post them here and I will include them in the interview. Now is the opportunity to dispel any rumours and clear up any queries you might have.

Those are good questions. And ask him, are you now or have you ever been a member of a Chaos Cult ? No - wait - don't ask that !

'After all the problems surrounding the release and reception to Epic 40K, why did he take such a gamble and press on with EpicA? What will he do to ensure that things will work out better this time and why does he think that there is a good chance of being a success compared to future efforts? In short, why will this version work where others have failed?'

How about..
The Horus Heresy era background was written because there was only one set of models available when At was released (the plastic beetleback Warlords) and a plausible reason needed to be generated as to why the same equipment was fielded on both sides.
Are there any other instances of the background being written or modified around production difficulties or schedules ?

And I can half answer Iain's question. It was believed that E40K was totally dead until Certain websites proved without doubt that there was still a following for epic scale combat and that a Venture might be plausible in the scale, as long as one managed to somehow hit the mid-ground between the two eras of games . Well, thats how I like to think of it

Ask Jervis how long the E-A Forum will last?
Will it end after playtesting?
Will it stick around?
What's the story?
Will the Forum include model discussion (the current moderator doesn't like it.)?
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Quote (primarch @ 16 2003 Sep.,22:00) | That's a mighty good question Cybershadow. Good thing you brought it up, but those same questions coming from me would only be construed as "hostile". | When I read it, I realised that it could be read as hostile. That is not how I meant it at all. I am curious that past efforts seem to point to any version of Epic not being a commercial success. How will this be addressed for the new version of Epic? And why did he feel that the relative failure of Epic was unjustified? I know why I think that the detractors were not right or giving it a fair shot, but I am curious as to why Jervis thinks this.

I was thinking I was going to have you ask, why G/W & F/W make more versions of the same vehicle, while ignoring some the "forgotten armies", but I know the answer. I certainly look forward to his answers to many of these well thought out questions.

I think coming from you the question will be taken in the spirit it is intended. The same would not be true if I put it forward, but I am glad you did and am looking forward to the response.

Why don't you ask him what kind of weapon the PSI titan warp cannon was intended to be...
