Hi all,
a favourite feature of mine from the 40K Universe is the Adeptus Arbites - blame it on Judge Dredd, I guess.
Anyway, I finally found out what to do with my blue Baneblade...  :p

So - as a New Year's present of sorts to you all, I present to you my Adeptus Arbites army rules for Epic. It's weird, and you'll love tearing it to pieces, but keep in mind it's a fun list, and nothing more. And certainly not competitive!

It's meant for people who don't mind a few oddities, some rewriting of the fluff, and have some of the old SM era models - although I've included plenty of options, permitting use of newer types as well.

And would you believe I managed to add the CI?    :p

Hi all - end-of-year-bump with a pic of Precinct 1 reps. - Gorgons, Arbitrators in Power Armour and an Emblem of the Empire Shadowsword.

Cheers all  :D  :alien:

That Shadow sword looks like a banebalde to me.
Turret mounted main gun, hull mounted secondary gun, las cannons, and an excess of heavy bolters.

Cool stuff V.

We found this funny so I wanted to post it here.

By the way on the Arbites.  Your right the hellhound is an excellent vehicle for them.  Nothing clears an angry mob like naplam...=)

"Senior Arbite:  Protesters!  Disperse and return to your hovels and we will unleash the flame tank upon you!

Junior Arbite: Sir, Don't you mean Disperse and return to your homes OR we will unleash the flame tank?"

Senior Arbite:  Don't get technical with me Johnson.  Now move up the tank!"

I don't suppose the Arbites would know the meaning of excessive force.    :D

Anyone else think that the Guild Precinct models from Exodus Wars with the stun shields would make good Arbites troopers?

I did a search here, the SG boards and the Yahoo group and the only Arbites fan list I found was from TFH.  Are there any others that anyone knows about?

Wasn't there an Arbites list in one of the fanatic online issues? Something about Necromunda gangs versus Arbites?

I hadn't thought about it, but you're right that they would.

I never imagined that this wasn't the thought running through EVERYONE'S head.  When I first saw them, I immediately saw them as Arbites.  Considering their counterparts were "Squats"  I just assumed this was the intention.

A bit OT, anybody feel Kamikaze Droids would make passable Tau drones?

Yep !  We mentioned before; Prefects = Arbites, Khazari = Squats !  Well, their "Creator" is an Epic Disciple ! :D
