Just got the New W/D in the mail!!! Issue 292!!! ?

Two pages in front lists upcoming May US G/W E:A releases!

Some nice pics. Many are, as we know, re-released E40K (or earlier), but of course there is a lot of new stuff for us "old timers"... especially SM, as well as some new IG and Ork. ?

Plus there are 4 pages in the middle of the mag with more pics, but mostly E-40K models. Very nicely done, an IG Force in Panzer Grey! ?

Someone has been reading my e-mails... looks a lot like my IG! ?

Well I'll be ordering all the new stuff including a rule book or two, in May.

And of course, I'll contact my usual cohorts, with my extras to sell. ?

Good news for us in the Colonies of the New World! :;):

Darnit.  I just went to the store at lunch and was going to come post about it.

It's mostly a design concept article.  Sort of JJ's "this is the intent, these were the primary goals," etc..  It does have some great pics, but I don't know what kind of interest it will spark.

Still, I'm hoping.  There seems to be a bit of a buzz developing around here.  There was even a game of EpicA in the GW shop without me there to prompt it - one of the store employees and another gamer.

And it's nice that GWUS decided that it's at least worth some effort.  If it pays off, it can only improve.

Hi!

Anyone know when the missing SM and ORk models due for April will show up on the GWUK site?

Nope.

However, also from the "in WD" file... the new Epic website is up and running and includes .pdfs of the Speed Freeks article published in the UKWD.

Well at least it's a start, but I think if you are not interested in Epic this won't convince you.  However, we like Epic, so this works for us.  And Tom, we did declare our independence, :unclesam: but the staff at G/W doesn't know it, yet !   Sorry to scope you Neal, but I had to tell the world !

Cheers

About archives minis :
I recently found an old store who still have some epic minis in stock; they have a very small range; i remember seeing :

-Pulsa rockit, track bikes, weirdboy towers, flak wagons, and big guns, for orks

- Manticora, 1 deathstrike, Chimera, griffons, bombards, hydra and maybe some sentinels for IG

- Comand landraider for SM

- Hive Tyrants, Zoanthropes, Dominatrix

There's maybe some other things, but not much (ah yes, a blister of wave serpents, but FW ones are still cheaper i think)

If Some one would be interested, i may be able to go to that store sometime next week; i bought some myself; i would send to UK or US (i must admit UK would be simpler), providing a quick payment, as i am a bit on the poor side at the time (must get a new employment) and wouldn't want to loan money for a long time.

Those are not hard to find models (no need to ask : no chaos), but i thought that i should tell you about this discovery (hey ! epic minis ! in a store !).
