Hi guys, got a quick question for you. I got my hands on an old slasha gargant, but I'm unsure of how it compares to other gargants (not having any) scalewise. Is it a good model to use as a supa-stompa, or a gargant?
Thanks guys, suggestions for comical names would also be appcreiated (current leader is percy)

I'm pretty sure you can use it as either. The Orky player in my group uses one as a Supa-Stompa, but as long as your opponent knows beforehand, there should be no problems.

I use mine as a normal gargant.

I have all the Gargant models from SM1 on ... The E40K/E:A Gargant = the Slasha. ?The bigger Gargant is called a Great Gargant. ?Put them side by side (as I have mine displayed) and the size differences are obvious (but since you can't) ... Stompas (I have Supa-Stompa on preorder !) > Mekboy Gargant > Slasha Gargant/Gargant > Great Gargant and finally Mega-Gargant. ? ? ? ? And a good name - I always liked "Fred" ! ?

Thanks guys, I'll have to see them side by side before I make a decision though.
Thanks for suggestion Legion 4, although I was thinking a a comical name. Hence percy, a subtle comment on the model's, erm, "belly", gun.

If we're going all Pratchetty, how about 'Gaspode' then... or perhaps 'Binky'... maybe they aren't that Orky tho... hehe...

hehehe, I'm loving the suggestions
here's another discworldian one, "the long ork", as in the "long man".
I just wish I could think of a name that doesn't sound like rude, so I don't come accross as being too obsessed with nob jokes.
But then you just have to look at a slasha gargant and that's the first thing that comes to mind.

I understand the mods of the CSM forum have made it an invite only forum. I'm assuming I won't be invited.
Since I still play the list and have an interest in what Jervis said was going to be public forum - Is there a place where 'the entire public' can see the topics discussed, even if 'some of us' cannot reply or create threads?
I'd like to know what's happening with Daemon Summoning. I understand Audrey is tentatively waiting to post the next LoTD list as daemon summoning is still under debate/discussion amongst champions (and possibly the invited masses?).
Also, when is the next BL:CSM revision going to get posted (rough time frame is OK).
Where will the BL:CSM list end up?

Where will the BL:CSM list end up? | You may want to email Pixelgeek as well. That way you know the champion knows:
a) Your interest
and
b) You know he saw your questions.
Just a suggestion.
