Hi, 2 quick rules questions: If I assault a unit on Overwatch and my unit is in cover, does my opponent apply the -1 to hit? Just thinking units assaulting to not benefit from cover. My thunder hawk (or similar) flies into the board and shoots a unit without landing. Can it be targeted by the TK from an opponents spaceship? I'm sure these are obvious to experienced players but thought I'd check. Thanks Mark

I would say that your opponent would get the -1 to hit modifier as it's a shooting attack rather than part of the assault
if the thunderhawk is flying, it cannot be targeted by the pinpoint

+1 to Kyussinchains. Overwatch is not actually part of the Engagement (Overwatch casualties do not count for assault resolution) so all normal modifiers apply.
