I hardly ever take them and had always assumed they did but now looking at the lists I can't see RA on them for any of the epic uk factions? Is this just a difference between epic UK and net ea?

No they have RA - Page 9 of Codex notes: Reinforced Armour

As Tim says, Wave serpents have always had 5+ RA ever since they were first presented in Swordwind.

That's what I thought. Might just need to tweek the epic uk quick ref lists though.
