A quick query on support craft as I've seen them used in various ways the last few months are they:
1 - Skimmers which are always popped up (so if they are nearer to a piece of terrain than an enemy unit they can fire at it and be fired on)
2 - Always able to see and be seen over all terrain at all times (eg could see and fire on a unit with 3 intervening pieces of terrain).
PS assuming that playing terrain at infinite height in this scenario.
