How are hits from attacks that contain both barrage and normal (AT/AP) shooting allocated?
To elaborate - Should the barrage hits be assigned first, and the normal shooting hits be assigned second, skipping units that are already hit by the barrage, or should the normal shooting hits be assigned first (front-to-back) and the barrage hits allocated second (possibly assigning two hits to some units in LOF while other units are assigned no hits)?

Either works, in general we try to ensure everything has a hit assigned to it (assuming it's in range/LoF, or under a template) before assigning second hits.

This has been discussed at length in the past and IIRC the agreed process was to dice for the Barrage first then other shooting second. This is because the units under the barrage should be diced for individually which usually results in the hits being scattered across those units. It is then very easy to add the hits from normal from front to back across the target formation giving an even spread of hits across the units in the formation.
Doing this in reverse (normal shooting followed by the Barrage) would end up with an uneven spread of hits where some units get two while others get none, which is not fair to either player.
