would anyone here share some thoughts how a tutorial should be mounted? Once the concept is done, the rest is just a minor matter of time

Hi Nachthall, I would love to work on this will you, but I'm sure distance will play a major part in it not happening. But I will advise as much as possible.
Due to YouTubes being 10 mins (unless you have a special account), I would break the tuition down into manageable parts. It probably makes sense to follow the flow of the rulebook here. Start with what you need to play a game (table setup, miniature overview, dice/markers etc). Then formations, blast markers etc.
I would zoom in close on the table (say a 24 x 24 inch frame of the table), highlighting two detachments at a time, minis and dice results should be clear. Maybe playout the training tutorials from the rulebook. Angle of the camera is important here, I've seen some great reports with the camera from directly above the table; this mimics the view in a rule book. Speak clearly (sound like your enjoying the game, not just teaching it). If you want more advice about the technical aspects of filming/editing there are plenty of how to's on YouTube. (Wargames Consortium has some good ones).
If you can do all this and more (no pressure) I for one will be eternally grateful as will many future new players.
