Hey guys,
Nachthall here with a serious question. I have some (Chaos-) Squats laying around here and am really into scratching Chaos War engines right now. My question is: Is there any Chaos Squat list out there or do you guys have any suggestions which current list would reflect the philosophy of Chaos Squats best?

I can´t find the heavy armoured Chaos Squats in the current Squat list, especially since the exo armour troops dropped out.

HELP ;D

I know Frogbear was working on one but -in his absence- it is missing any development. Might need somebody to pick up the mantle.

I'd use chaos squat list, iron warriors or regular squats.

I field my Chaos Squats using the Demiurg/Squats lists on the 2012 Compendium.

Just as a proxy list, for example Warriors=CS warriors, Bersekers=mutants, Goliath Mega Cannon=Ur/Magma Cannon and so.

I was just curious, because chaos squats seem much better armoured though.

Squats warriors have 5+ armor in the Compendium. Fair enough for a Chaos Squat too, in fact they seem like "short" CSM so the profile A5+ CC5+ FF5+ suits them ;)

Chaos squats in the chaos squat list are Ar 4+, CC 5+ FF4+, so same armour as a full height CSM and slightly lower CC takes account of their smaller stature.

no they used to have 5+.
The list in the compendium is older. the whole squat development process had a rebot when Moscovian took over the development. a lot of things have changed in the developmental list on the forum compared to the one in the compendium.

cheers
