What is exactly meant by "rules reference"? If you're looking for a redacted and notated with errata version of the rules you'll probably want the entire NetEA Tournament Pack. If you're looking for a reference of the tables for BP, terrain modifiers, cover saves, etc then page 56 of the above would be your huckleberry. If something else then let us know so we can point you the right way.
