More questions (Will it ever end??)

During the rally phase, if one has a formation off the board (say Assault loaded in a Thunderhawk) with blast markers, does that formation have the opportunity to rally in the end phase of a round?

Also, assuming a Thunderhawk is sitting on the ground loaded with Assaults (whether it landed and loaded or they moved into it) are those assaults able to rally before the Thunderhaw flies off board.

A reserve formation has a chance to rally. It is, obviously, not within 30cm of the enemy.

Disengage moves for aircraft are the very first thing that happens in the end phase. There is no rallying until after.
