a Leman Russ Company=
9 russes and 1 Vanquisher...must they all move and fire (at the same targets) as one giant formation
or can they be broken down into formations of 3 (well 3 3 and 4)

Same question for a Arty company, hell any IG company

They are one formation, and must all move and fire together. This includes any upgrades you might give them as well.

It's the downside of building a really cool/big russ or mechanized infantry formation with a lot of upgrades.
