Might have been better in the Eldar Forum or Tactics. But our mods are NOT crazy Nazi's about such things. I assume people might just be busy or the Eldar guys are sleeping on the job again.
First I would try playing with the Standard Biel-Tan list first and at a smaller point level. 6000 points is a lot in EA. Normal aka Tournament standard is 3000, but anywhere between 2000-4000 is normal. With that said I'll throw out a 3000 Sammy List.
