If vassal ever resurfaced for Epic would people prefer 'clumps' of terrain or the build it yourself options that existed before? I've noticed the more terrain added to vassal mods the larger they are MB wise and its not really that handy game wise. Perhaps for the future it would be best, if of course they are ever altered by anyone out there in the world, to have one mod for playing with pre config pieces and one for building maps with lots of single pieces?

Also would a translucent green overlay showing deployment zones be handy? Stick it over the table, set up, delete it sort of thing.

Yes to the overlay (straight and corner of course!).

Not sure about the terrain.

Well currently tables are save files. It would be a fair bit of size to put images of pre done tables it seems, the save files are a lot smaller as they just reference the files in their. Though a zip of peoples table saves would be good, released alongside as it were.
