In response to my recent post on BoLS, several comments raised the same question: If you're looking for a game of Epic, how do you find players or, better yet, gaming groups?

In Australia, the reigning champ for this sort of "gamers seeking gamers" scene is WargamerAU, which includes listings of all known gaming groups/clubs around the country, as well as a dedicated forum called Gamer Finder. On WargamerAU, the idea is basically that you post a message in the appropriate forum looking for a game, and it's pretty successful--my own experience upon arriving in Sydney from Melbourne is testament to that, and I know at least two other users (including CAL001) who found regular games via this service.

My question, then, is there an equivalent service in the US, the UK or the EU? If so, what is it and how do you rate it?

Yes, I cleaned out almost 3Mb of porn links at the end of last month (I still have this if this is what you actually use the Players Index for!    ).

I clean it out approx once a month.

Are you in a position to be able to simplify the Search page? It's a tad "cluttered", which makes it difficult to use and may scare some peeps off.

I'd like to highlight its availability in my next post to BoLS...would that be okay?
