Let's talk Forgeworld Orks!

Are there any commonly accepted rules for:

The stationary flak gun?
The Ork Bommer?
The Blasta Bommer
The Battlewagon (Looks a bit smaller than the SG one?)
Different / new / updated stats for the Fighta and Fightabommer?

And different  types of gunwagon?

Gunwagons/Battlewagons don't need any new rules.

Why not? It is no different than those people like myself who like to use multi-melta dreadnoughts, or variant Eldar tanks etc

If you want that level of detail then play 40K.

You two obviously don't get the concept of non tournament style gaming.

And perhaps you don't get the idea of 6mm scale gaming.

Touch?.

Your vision of what makes a wargame (6mm or otherwise) is not the only vision, you dig?

And now, to let this thread die, as noone seems to care. :)

Hey E&C,

A simple answer would be that the nature of the Ork army means that many different weapons count as teh same generic thing based upon whether its kinda shooty (blasta) or really shooty (big Blasta) so it depends on what you think looks best.  I guess thats not the answer you were looking for though :)

What ive always thought is:

FW battle wagon counts as a battlefortress as it looks big and imposing enough

FW Gunwagons- w/ Cannon = vanilla gunwagon
w/ Lobba = lobba variant gunwagon from Neals Bloodaxe list
                          w/ Zzapgun self evident
                          w/ armour = battlewagon

Big Bommer could be proxied as a landa at the mo given the wheel and door at the back, but thats not the best solution I would say.
