Hi!
I agree with your proxy choices CC, many of these are exactly what I was thinking about when I thought of possible GHQ models.
Thanks for the pics!

And once I dog down some names, we should write them both about the desire for bitz and this issue as well.
Why leave them to figure it out. They may elect to blame us. "Dumb gamers didn't buy our great stuff."
Better to tell them our feelings and not leave any room for doubt or blame shifting.

Yeah, the only logic they understand is cold hard cash, and when that doesnt appear, they say, "Well , they dont want anything good. We wont fix it, just shut it down. That'll teach em to buy our stuff no matter how much it sucks."

Hi!
Very true iblisdrax. GW has never ONCE gone back and "fix" a marketing error. If it fails its dead, they never "fess up" rectify.
So it really is "you buy it the way we tell you and like it"..... or get nothing....

GHQ does make great models and has a great site. ?However, since I collect G/W, S/G, F/W, I'll just buy one or two packs of each ... to round out my existing IG. Not looking for proxies ... I have too much Epic now ! ?With 9 Armies ! ?

The problem that I have with the seigfried is that it is a bad model. ?The ones in the blister I bought at GDUK are all cast fine, its just the model itself. ?It just doesn't look right at all, the turret looks wrong, the hull is too tall, etc.
In comparison, the Brunnhilde model (which the seigfried is based on) is really nice. ?Nice detail, nice size, a really cool slaved servitor driver.

Hi!
I guess we should just buy Brunnhilde models then. Someone got a picture of it?

Hi!
It seems we are all in agreement, the newer epic "metals" are not up to snuff.
Wonder how long will it take for GW to catch up on this.....

I dunno about that, I thought Jervis did a fairly good job of "fessing up" to his mistakes in the Epic40K design and came up with a nice fix in the form of Epic Armageddon
