Gosh I only asked about termites and moles.Next thing there is Squats in peoples cellars and mass pogroms across the the inner Imperium 
Well I am forced to ask anouther related question, Hellbores any good? Or is it all your eggs in one basket?
Meanwhile the penal battalion shall prepare for a counter-strike against the Squats.

Hellbores have to be one of my top five minis for Epic. You cna keep your Capital Imperialis and Levaiton, the Hellbore mini is the best. I prefer them to the smaller tunnellers as at least you know that all of your troops will arrive at the same point.

I have to agree, the Hellbore is a great model and as far as the tunnellers go, it is the one I would use the most.
But that is just me...

Hi!
Hellbore rocks...got about 8 of them or so. Great model!
We gave it some of the old power back in net epic. It actually melts down the ground as it surfaces in a wide radius due to the meltas its uses to surface. It also has a hity location template. One tough tunneler.

Sounds like a fun piece of kit. I like the area effect rules, sounds symilar to what I'm writting at the moment.
8! i would be happy with 1 right now  well maybe more than 1

Hi!
They pop up on e-bay from time to time, although currently the prices are abit rich.
For some reason this is the most common OOP epic model I have found in hobby stores as I have moved around in the last ten years. I always seem to find one in a bargain bin. Then again its been 4 years since the last "find" so things may have dried up.

We use mostly the SM1 rules for tunnelers and as Primarch noted ... a Hellbore can do a Hell of a lot of damage !
