And Mel is an Aussie ! Another Aussie is commanding a British Warship in 1805 against the French, in a movie we plan on seeing this weekend - Russel Crowe in "Master & Commander". According to the History Channel, this should be a "Good Show" ! And Tas our resident Aussie Sailor is out to sea, somewhere in the Pacific !  The Boyz from the US, UK & Down Under kicked some lunatic butt ... again !

@Primarch - true we decided to pick on an easier target  .
@Legion - I am just kidding, I work for a French company and have taken girls to Paris several times so have no problem with them what so ever, as for Afganistan, it is groovy that they have reconsidered now the hard work has been done and are now helping to 'liberate' Iraqs oil supplies with the rest of us.

Well, Tom the French have not sent troops to Iraq and probably won't, however they are doing a good job with us (UK, US, etc.) in Afghanistan. And historically the French Army after WWII fought very well in Indo-China, Korea, Northwest Africa etc. I can't fault their Troops. And who doesn't like French girls !  As for Iraqi oil, the French, Germans, Russians and others were making out on that deal ... Between Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and others in that region, that's about 1/4 of the worlds oil supply. I say find alternate power sources and let them all gag on the oil ...

Sadly there's just too many with econommical interests in maintining status quo for anyone to do serious investment in alternative power sources 
BTW got to agree with you on the French girls L4  yumyum!

French aren't deploying to Iraq? I thought they were allocated a sector?
