I worked that out when Jervis said it himself at the Fanatic Seminar at Games Day 2003. He exact words were "Fanatic are in theory over staffed, as we only generate 5% of the sales" Tuffskull and Tom (Netepic) were also in the seminar, so they heard it as well!

No point getting into an argument over it 
The comparison at GD was being made to the sizes of the respective "studios".
The Main studio has about 100 employees.
The Fanatic Studio has a mere 7 at the moment.
Thats still 7% staff for 5% profit & they're a man down at the moment (until they find someone mad enough to take up Steve Hambrook's post!).

Well I still haven't received my replacement Librium Ruins.
I happened to be up in Nottingham last weekend, and dropped in the faulty one on the Saturday at warhammer world. If I haven't recieved it when I get back tonight, I'll be a bit miffed.
