Just got my 4 packs of Wave Serpents through.

A strange mistake though, even though they came in Shuriken Cannon bags, they have come with Star Cannons!  As ever though, they were very helpful and are sending me out four new packs with the right weapons, and as usual they're letting me keep the mistakenly sent ones.

No matter what we might be saying about FW at the moment, they always have impeccable customer service.  I once called up about getting a replacement AI Thunderhawk part as a landing strut was broken, and they sent me a whole new one!

You don't get that sort of service from many companies.

I wonder whether this free replacement policy is one of the problems though, look at the first stuff to disappear - the majority of it had problems which meant they must have sent out lots of free replacments-

falcons- missing antenna
warhound - miscast carapace
GK termies- broken halberds
FW+PF+Crisis - broken/miscast
Stormsword - miscast sponsons

I still don't understand though how the moulds are finished so no more can be produced until review has taken place yet they are casting up new ones on backorder - presumably with the same finished moulds

Maybe it relates to a certain level of miscasts happening? Once you hit x on the trot or x per hundred time to jack the mould in?

While it may be good customer service its appalling quality and stock control on Forge worlds part. How much would they have saved if miscast parts were not sent? Not to pick up on the mislabelling of titans until at least 4 had be sent out is poor.

Guess they don't review customer calls to find recurring problems.

I pointed out the incorrect labels at least 3 times in emails that they did reply to (and it was Simon who was answering them).

I know of others that have recieved the wrong Reavers and they've just accepted it. I needed the rocket launchers so unfortunately for FW they had to send out 3 Reavers to complete my order...

Never a good look.

So it has been nearly a month now and no gargantuan squiggoth or hydras... looks like I need to call them to see what is up....  

I ordered a pair of Warhounds before the withdrawal announcement came ; no word yet.

i to have ordered a pair of warhounds before any announcement of this thread started, approx 6 weeks ago now  have ben charged viz credit card for them aswell yet no sign of them.

So far I've gotten everything except my administratum buildings. I did have to get a replacement pack of chimeras because several of mine were broken in shipping. I also had to get a new pack of Hydras because they packed me two left turret sides for one of the models in my pack. Good thing too since last night my cay seems to have managed to get into the studio and eat a chimera and hydra turret.

On ebay a pack of FW warhounds went for £87+postage! a pack of stormswords went for £44! I know thet are basically oop but that is ridiculous - especially if FW start selling them again.
