That's pretty neat. I lived in Moscow for a while in the late 90's and early this millenium and there were packs of ownerless dogs on the streets that just banded together. They would sleep in the metro at night for warmth. But in Moscow they were hunted and killed by city employees. No squeamishness over there!
Those dogs could be dangerous. In the mid 90's, at the hieght of the criminal Yeltsin years, dogs attacked and killed a small girl in a park, right in Moscow! Shows to what level the coutry sank. ÂÂ
I understand not abusing animals, but I don't understand the zealotry of many animal rights activists. Here in Toronto we have a racoon problem in the city, they are very cute but can be vicious and many have rabies and diseases (they eat garbage). If I were to shoot one I'd be fined up to $5000 Canadain! (that's like 5 english pounds, ÂÂ

). Makes no sense. A family of them lives over at my neighbours. I sleep with the window open and a young racoon was sniffing around the sill thinking about coming in. I threw my tissue box at him and he decided not to. Good thing I woke up!
And to tie this into the thread, I think that a racoon's head looks like a Mk6 Space Marine Helmet! Might be an interesting paint scheme. What would the chapter be called, "The Space Coons?"
