I'm back to looking at Irregular for feral ork proxies. I have a feeling that armored war mammoths with howdah would make good squiggoths and that their onagers would make good squig catapults.
I may even order a warmaster lizardman beastie to use as the archeosaurus (latest FO war engine).
But nothing will happen for several weeks at the earliest...

Hi!
Neal, if you ever pick up some of those irregular minis, I'd like to see pictures of them. There are many figs in that line that sound like good proxies, but pictures are scarce.

Just checked the GZG/DS site, there are more 6mm painted-color and B&W-metal pics now. I still think theses are the best option for other than G/W-F/W 6mm ...

The Eye opens... NOW!
All nine Traitor Legions have emerged and began the slaughter of Emperor's servants... But fear not, for the might of the Astartes has also been boosted by presence of the Blood Angels and the Blood Angels variant list, the Army of Death, comprising in 100% of Death Company.
TFH. Quality over quantity.
All the previously existing army lists have been enchanced, and a Codex Astartes army list Amendments section added. It is there mostly to show how did I change the Codex Astartes list to really reflect the values of a Space Marine army, but also to provide important enchancements over the original, like the inclusion of the Techmarines.
The Sons of Russ will have to wait a while... I don't have Space Wolf Codex, and won't have it for some time. Sorry, puppies. Anyway, Dark Angels never liked the Space Wolves and never will.
The file is for D/L at groups.yahoo.com/group/epica/files

I took a look at your lists, they are very good work. I most like the Death Company, but think on Epic:A Scale could do with some single Preadators as upgrades, for a little bit of help.
Cheers
Chris

Thanks TFH- I am slowly (oh so slowly) developing my own minor mods for a Flesh Tearers force and have found your lists to be quite thought provoking.
Cheers!

I would like to see that Tas, as I was planning a Flesh Tearers force, as they onlt number 4 companies. It would be a nice little army, compared with some of the massive ones around here!
Cheers
Chris

I just looked on Irregulars site and they have skeletons in 6mm. ?Anyone know what they look like? ?They might make decent stand-ins for warriors anyway.
This is my first post here BTW. ?Nice site!

Hi!
In my opinion they dont look, but I am not a fan of irregular in general. They look bloby to me.
The absolute best proxies would be old epic chaos androids, but they're a pain to find.
