I think of the shot in AvP where the three or four Preds are on the top of the temple and there are all of the Aliens rushing them. That, to me, is what I picture a bad Tyranid Horde would be like.
Swarm City...

I haven't seen AvP, but I have seen Starship Troopers. Some of the scenes in that make me think of a Tyranid Horde closing in for the kill.
When I voted I had forgotten how nasty Aspect Warriors can be in CC. I still vote for Tyranids because of their numbers, but there is no doubt in my mind that Aspect Warriors can be lethal hand-to-hand.

Well there were two battles: ?
- Rourkes Drift, the subject of "Zulu" and...
- Isandhlwana, the subject of "Zulu Dawn", made around 20 years after the first film.
- At this battle, Islandhlwana, poor ammo resupply was critical to the Brit's defeat. ?
- Roukes Drift was about 10 miles away and happened later that day and into the next. About 139 of the 24th held off 4-5000 Zulus and won! Eleven VCs (Victoria Cross medals) were awarded...

It was not bad, just did not "grab" me like Zulu did. I loved Zulu when I first saw it and now own it on DVD.

Pls excuse the typo!
Indeed it was the 24th Regiment of Foot (The South Wales Boarders). I visited their Regimental Museum a few years ago and their collection of Shields and Spears was MOST impresive!
And yes 11 VCs were awarded for Rourke's Drift: The highest number ever for a single action.

Hi!
Well, there are "royal" families in the US, Kennedy's the Bush's and others. THey may not be called "queens" and such, but they actually wield power a lot more effectively than some "real" royalty does.
Besides, in the US, corporations are the true royalty, look at all the stuff they get away with!

Regardless wether we are speaking about the Political families or the royal treatment our movie stars get, it is sad we feel the need to have "our betters".
But to shift back onto topic, I just remembered how effective Eldar Scorps could be. Fill up a formation and give them transport to the back field. CC hell for the other player.
But I still would go with bugs overall.

IIRC, all the E:A Aspects have short range (15cm) and assault weapons, save for the Dark Reapers ... But the Zulus, I mean Bugs still get the "prize" ...
