Well, there's the Speed Freeks list (download), which can be used for Speed Freeks (obviously) or Evil Sunz, the Feral Ork list (for Feral Orks or Snakebites) in the Swordwind Add-on and the generic Ork list (Ghazgkhull's Waaagh) in the rulesbook.
Which means if you want to play Goffs, Deathskulls, Blood Axes or Bad Moons you have to use the latter.

EDIT:
Oh, and no rules for looted vehicles, unfortunately.

There is an experimental Blood Axe list 'round here somewhere...I think NealHunt is working with it.  :)

Nah if it has a big gun it is a gun wagon, if it carries troops it's a battlewagon

Well, you can always just "loot" in the sense that you can kit-bust some IG models, make them look Orky, then field them as a 'whatever'.  And scenario rules are more than acceptable.  We'll figure something out.

well is there a way to make the basic IG basalisk more unreliable shots wise? i mean in 40k orks that loot tanks have to roll to see if it runs rhight in the turn, with consquences taking place on certain rolls. the epic rules are very streamlined i think and dont allow much deviation, unless im totally wrong.

In Epic:A, this is represented by the relatively low activation rate of Ork formations.  When you miss your activation role, it just means you had a series of break downs.

We will just use all my Looted Ork AFVs kind of like Megabolt ... My Looted Basilisks (have not posted pics here yet !) will be Big Gunz ... The fact that the Orks can't use them like the IG reflects their "Orkyness".  My Looted SHTs, (pics posted) will = Battleforts.  The Looted Rhinos (pics posted) =  Battlewagons.  Simple, easy, no upset in play balance, points are already there, etc. ...   I'm working on a Looted CI ... not sure how I'll handle that ?  Maybe give it double Battlefort stats ... including points value ...     KISS ... :D   And DWWFY or DWWFU ! :;):

Exactly. The leaders are usually characters which are used to upgrade certain units. The lists and profiles show which characters can join which type of unit.

ok, similiar question. using the black legion EXP list, a champion of chaos is a character, can he be added to plaguebarers infantry units? is it one per base or one per formation?

also, the demon prince is marked as infantry, so im guessing he is a one man (demon) base?

Character upgrades are usually one per formation.

Characters (or leaders as you've called them) will vary from description to description on how many you can add.  There is typically a 1-2 added per formation.
Ex. Eldars are allowed to add 1-2 Exarchs per Aspect Formation.
Ex. Space Marines may add 1 character per formation, be it a captain, librarian, or whatever.

Each of these adds the character to a single stand.

so if i have 7 stands worth of plague marines in one "formation", i could replace one single model with a champion or one stand with a champion?

sorry if this question seems really basic, but im just not gettin it.
