From EOT Codex:Known Traitor Legio Titanicus
Death's Heads DEATH STALKERS Fire Masters IRON SKULLS Legio Vulcanum I & II
Since Iron Skulls _IS_ the nickname for Legio Metallica I'm frankly puzzled.
One traitor legion mentioned in the Horus Heresy rulebook fluff is Warped Dogs. "Defence lasers blasted many renegade ships from the sky, sending thousands of tons of fused metal death raining down onto the ground below. [...] The vessel of the Warped Dogs was vapourised and that Titan Legion's name passed into history."

-Also, the SM2 box-set painted 'Eavy Metal example titan was an Iron Skull wa it not?

Yep. Some of the traitor legions changed their names, though. It's possible that a legion adopted the Iron Skulls name after converting to chaos.
I think the Imperial Armor is the only source I don't have covered at this point. Can someone give me the rundown it has in there, please?

Like I said earlier, Flaming Skulls and Storm Lords are not listed as taraitors any more. Maybe new legions have been founded and given the old name?
Legion Name: Legio Destructor (Beasts of Steel) Forge World: Accatran, Ultima Segmentum
Legion Name: Legio Tempestor (Storm Lords) Forge World: Estaban III, Ultima Segmentum
Legion Name: Legio Magna (Flaming Skulls) Forge World: Estaban VII, Ultima Segmentum
Legion Name: Legio Astramana (Morning Stars) Forge World: Graia, Segmentum Tempestus
Legion Name: Legio Gryphonicus (Howling Griffons) Forge World: Gryphonne IV, Segmentum Tempestus
Legion Name: Legio Astorum (Warp Runners) Forge World: Lucius, Segmentum Obscuras
Legion Name: Legio Ignatum (Fire Wasps) Forge World: Mars, Segmentum Solar. Also home to two other legions, which are classified.
Legion Name: Legio Metalica (Iron Skulls) Forge World: Metalica, Ultima Segmentum
Legion Name: Legio Crucius (Warmongers) Forge World: Ryza, Segmentum Solar
Legion Name: Legio Honorum (Deathbolts) Forge World:Stygies VII, Ultima Segmentum
Legion Name: Legio Pallidus Mor (Pale Riders) Forge World: Tolkhan, Segmentum Tempestus
Legion Name: Legio Victorum (Foe Slayers) Forge World: Triplex Phall, Ultima Segmentum
Legion Name: Legio Invigilata (Emperor's Guard) Forge World: Voss Prime, Segmentum Solar

Wasn't Legio Metallica the legion that fought Orks too often and was primarily armed with CC and short ranged weapons charging in blaring heavy metal?
If so - they really need to be more inventive with the names...

From IA "Iron Warriors": Legio supporting IW seiges are often fitted with Corvus assualt pods and utilised as seige towers in support of the assault and breaching units
From "Storm of Iron": Legio Ignatum's FW is Mars
Are you including the names of know Titans and what Legio they belong to as well? I'll skim out the Titans names from the novel if you are.

Mojarn: ?Many thanks. ?I'm going to include the following note about duplicate names after the Traitor Legion table:
"...Possible explanations for this include: ?legions which split during the Heresy, the new Orders are very tradition oriented and revived the names so as to be the "true" legion, several traitor legions are known to have changed their names and may have duplicated loyalist names"
Tas: ?Unless they are particularly noteworthy (like the Legio Crucius Imperator destroyed fighting chaos) I'm not adding individual titan names right now. ?That might be a good project for the future.
I think that's going to be the end of what I find for now. ?I'll update my info and talk to Cybershadow about a good place to post it. ?I'll probably post it to the Epic yahoo groups, too.

It's on Yahoo epic and epicA.
I tried to past the link, but every time I did, some sort of auto-formatting messed up the link. Here's the link to the files page on epic.

Hey:
For those not on the playtest boards, I've been appointed the army champion for Thousand Sons.
So, I'm out collecting ideas. Any input is welcome. My general concept is outlined here:

On a related note, I'm looking for the Citadel Journal article detailing the Suns of Damnation titan legion, who are Tzeentch worshippers. If anyone has a scan of it, a spare copy, or some other way of getting me the info, I would be very appreciative.

The daemons are pretty much sprue-only, but stats for horrors and screamers (as well as alternatives for the other powers) were playtested and will be included in the "collectors' models" unofficial stats.
If worse comes to worse, I'll knock up stats for the Warp Palace just for the collectors models.
I would also love to see a new silver tower sculpt. I even put that on my wish list when PG was polling what models were absolutely vital for the new chaos lists. I think a silver tower would look awesome on the back of an oversized screamer, held on by some sort of chain saddle. Or, alternately, being pulled by giant screamer(s).
For WP models, I would love to hear some suggestions. If I could put together a conversion idea that would be relatively easy and not too expensive, I think it would help it gain acceptance. I was thinking that the WHFB Tzeentch chamion disc would be larg enough to make a good starting point, but there don't seem to be any easy building-like pieces that would just plug into that. Too bad the Man-o-war stuff is OOP. The Bane Tower sucked, imho, but there were a lot of cool bitz. If you have any ideas, let me know.
I think the silver tower/warp palace pretty much covers the floating disc tank concept, but I get where you are coming from. A more tank-like sculpt would be cool - more like a floating weapons platform than the current semi-fantasy tower.

Hey Neal, are the Firelord and the - ah- um other flier still in, or are they relegated to the L&D list? The disc supporting a Warp Palace - or even a Silver Tower - sounds great! I'm trying to think up a conversion, but easy it isn't. The base could be a WHFB screamer; the tower-part is a tougher proposition. The easy way out would be to use a ThousandSons WH40K OR a WHFB Chaos Warrior model assembled without weapons and paint him in stone-like colours - one warrior-shaped tower, stuck on top of a screamer. Some cat litter (here we go again) strewn around the feet of the warrior, covering them entirely up to the knees, would help 'embed' the fellow down into the screamer; better still, reduce the warriors height by 1/4 to 1/2. The idea is a Gotham-city style statue-like edifice which can fly. Bwaa-ha-ha and all that.
